Carrot and orange salad
- 500g carrot
- 2 oranges
- the juice of half a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- ground cinnamon to taste
Wash, peel and thinly slice the carrots. Peel the oranges and divide into segments. Mix the lemon juice with the caster sugar, cinnamon and oil, and pour the mixture over the salad.

Radish, carrot and apple salad
- 1 medium-sized radish
- 1 carrot & 1 apple
- half a glass of sour cream
- spring onion, dill, salt to taste.
Peel the radish, carrot and apple and grate coarsely. Add the sour cream. Place in a salad dish and sprinkle the chopped herbs and dill over the top.
Wash, peel and chop the turnips into pieces. Place the turnip on a baking tray. Grate the cheese, mix with the crushed garlic and the egg, and pour this sauce over the pieces of turnip. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Slice the marrow into circles with a thickness of 1cm, place on a baking tray and pour on the sour cream and beaten eggs. Sprinkle the grated cheese and breadcrumbs over the top. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
Finely grate the pumpkin. Whisk the cottage cheese with the eggs and pour the mixture over the pumpkin, add the spices and mix everything together. Mould the mixture into shape, brush with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Shortly before cooking time is up, sprinkle with grated cheese.
