Pumpkin Pie: healthy recipe
- 400g pumpkin
- 3 eggs
- 250g cottage cheese
- 5g hard cheese
- coriander, nutmeg, pepper to taste.
Finely grate the pumpkin. Whisk the tvorog with the eggs and pour the mixture over the pumpkin, add the spices and mix everything together. Mould the mixture into shape, brush with vegetable oil and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Shortly before cooking time is up, sprinkle with grated cheese.
